    Great location - close to the waterfront with great restaurants.

    Both rooms seemed clean by a glance; 1st room is carpeted whereas I could feel a layer of dust when stepping on the concrete floor of 2nd room (I was moved to the 2nd room because the staff wanted to give the room to their regular customer.
