   Diplomat Hotel was in an ideal location with everything you needed or wanted to do close at hand, crossing the busy main road was a bit of problem but provided you took extra care you got to the other safely.

   I can recommend this Hotel for my friends who will like to visit Cebu city, Thank you and keep up the good service but the internet connection is not free here and very expensive 80/hr some hotels are free internet access, this is what I can complained in this place.
