    everything perfect, service exceptional - the only thing letting it down is the distance from downtown shopping and centers - if the hotel gave a shuttle bus to downtown would make it even better however taxi fare cheap and quick links via central station right next to hotel

    location is the best if you travel to and from KLIA using the express train and the staff even took my laggage to the station for me.
