    we arrived at our room to find a tiny 1980s style typical low budget room, rusty bathtub, stained sheets, tv did not work, no hot water, no view, dirty floor, no safe, kettle did not work, old crusty towels, as you can imagine we were not happy as we had paid alot of money for our stay.
